Skip the SDR sequence. Talk to a senior engineer.
Every inquiry is reviewed within 4 business hours by Mitesh Patel — NVIDIA Certified AI Architect and founder — or a senior engineer on our team. No SDR queues. No lead-qualification calls before you reach someone technical. No nurture sequences before you even know if we are the right fit.

Four ways to reach us — choose the one that fits your stage.
Enterprise buyers arrive at this page at different levels of readiness. If you already know you want to talk, book a call directly. If you are earlier in evaluation, send a longer inquiry. If you prefer email, write directly to the founder. Each path goes to the same people — the routing just removes the wrong kind of friction.
Book a Discovery Call
You have a specific use case in mind and want to scope whether we are the right partner. You are ready for a 30-minute technical conversation.
You pick a time on Mitesh Patel's calendar. The call is 30 minutes, free, and no pitch deck is involved. If we are not the right fit, we will tell you in the same call — and point you to someone better positioned.
Best for: Active evaluation, scoped use case, ready to assess fit
Send a Detailed Inquiry
You want to describe your use case in detail before scheduling a call. You may be in a multi-vendor evaluation and want a written response first. You may have a longer RFP-style document to share.
Your inquiry reaches Mitesh Patel or a senior engineer within 4 business hours. You receive a written response with initial thoughts, relevant case references, and an invitation to schedule a call if appropriate.
Best for: Vendor evaluation, written RFPs, detailed technical questions
Email the Founder Directly
You prefer the directness of email over forms and calendars. You may have a confidential question you want reviewed before any formal engagement. You may want to send an NDA ahead of the first call.
mitesh@brainyneurals.com is a real, monitored inbox — not a forwarding address or a distribution list. Mitesh Patel reviews inbound within 4 business hours.
Best for: NDA-first engagements, confidential discussions, email-preference buyers
Connect on LinkedIn
You want to verify the founder is a real person with a verifiable track record before engaging. You prefer LinkedIn as a relationship-building surface before a formal conversation.
Connection requests from enterprise roles are accepted promptly. Direct messages go to Mitesh Patel's personal notifications.
Best for: Relationship-first buyers, social verification, warm relationship building
All four paths route to the same senior engineers. The choice of path is about your preferences, not about qualifying you for attention. We respond to inquiries from founders of 5-person companies with the same seriousness as inquiries from CTOs of Fortune 500 enterprises — because both have useful problems.
Tell us about your use case.
Minimum viable fields first. If you want to share more detail, expand the optional section below. We respond within 4 business hours during business days.
The five things that happen after you submit — and the things that do not.
-
Step 01
Your inquiry reaches Mitesh Patel or a senior engineer
Within minutes of submission, your inquiry lands in the active inbox monitored by Mitesh Patel and two senior engineers. No routing through SDRs or lead-qualification systems. The person who reviews your inquiry has the technical context to respond substantively.
-
Step 02
We review and form an initial opinion
Within approximately 2 business hours, the reviewing engineer has read your inquiry, looked at similar prior engagements, and formed a preliminary view: whether this looks like a good fit, what questions we would ask on a discovery call, and whether any adjacent capability areas might be relevant.
-
Step 03
You receive a written response within 4 business hours
The response is signed by a real person — Mitesh Patel or the senior engineer who reviewed the inquiry. It will address your specific use case, reference relevant prior work, and propose next steps (usually a 30-minute discovery call, sometimes a written follow-up exchange first).
-
Step 04
We schedule a 30-minute discovery call (if appropriate)
If the response leads to a call, we send a calendar link. Mitesh Patel runs the call personally for engagements above a certain threshold. No pitch deck. No sales theater. The goal is for both sides to decide whether scoping further is worth the effort.
-
Step 05
You get a yes, a no, or a referral
At the end of the discovery call — never more than 30 minutes later — you know where you stand with us. If we are the right partner, we propose a scoping engagement. If we are not, we tell you so directly and often refer you to a better-fit firm. Either outcome is useful.
We respond during your working hours — not ours.
Our team schedules are structured so that at least one senior engineer is online and responsive during business hours in North America, Europe, and Asia-Pacific. You will not wait a full day for a reply because your inquiry arrived while we slept.

This email address reaches the founder. Directly.
¶ 01 At a 1,600-person generalist firm, the founder's inbox is functionally unreachable by inbound. Messages route to executive assistants, marketing distribution lists, or lead-qualification systems. The founder does not read them.
¶ 02 At BrainyNeurals, Mitesh Patel reads his own email. If you write to the address above, he sees the message. He responds personally to inquiries that do not require technical escalation, and loops in senior engineers when they do. This is a structural feature of working with a 20-person specialist firm — not a temporary gesture. It has been true since 2018 and remains true today.
¶ 03 Not every buyer wants direct founder contact. Some prefer calendars, some prefer forms. The point is that the option exists — and that the option is real.
For engagement inquiries, business hours response is typically within 4 hours. For topics requiring confidentiality or NDA, mention that in your opening line — NDAs can be in place before the first substantive conversation.

Thirty minutes. We start on time and end on time. Running long usually means something is wrong with the structure of the conversation — we try to avoid that pattern.
Yes, fully. We do not charge for the first 30-minute conversation, regardless of outcome. The free call is an investment in finding the right engagements, not a sales tactic. We also do not charge for written response to a detailed inquiry.
No. Many of our best engagements start with “we think AI could help us, but we are not sure where to start.” Advisory conversations are legitimate first calls. If what you actually need is a 2-week readiness assessment rather than a full engagement, we will say so.
Within 4 business hours during the coverage windows listed above. In practice, the median response time is closer to 2 hours. If your submission falls outside all three coverage windows (weekend nights), response typically rolls to the following Monday Americas shift.
Mitesh Patel personally runs the first call for most engagements. For inquiries in capability areas where a specific senior engineer has deeper context, that engineer joins the call alongside Mitesh Patel. You will not be talking to an SDR, an account executive, or an engagement director who has not read your inquiry.
Yes, when appropriate. If you have confidential information you want to discuss in the discovery call, mention it in your inquiry and we will execute an NDA before the call. For general scoping conversations, NDAs are typically not necessary until the engagement scoping phase.
Yes. We have delivered engagements across four continents. Our three coverage windows (Americas, Europe, Asia-Pacific) ensure responsiveness during your working hours regardless of timezone. Compliance frameworks vary by region — we have operational familiarity with GDPR, HIPAA, SOC 2, ISO 27001, and several regional variants.
We say so directly, often in the first call. If we know a firm that is better positioned for your specific problem, we refer you to them. No capture tactics, no “we could probably figure it out.” Specialist firms are honest about the edges of their specialism — that is what makes them specialists.
Range varies significantly by engagement type. Indicative ranges: Advisory / readiness assessments run $15K–$40K over 2–4 weeks. POC engagements run $40K–$120K over 4–8 weeks. Production builds run $120K–$500K+ over 3–6 months. Fixed-scope, fixed-price is our default — no hourly surprises. Exact pricing comes out of the scoping phase, not the first call.
Yes. Email it to mitesh@brainyneurals.com as an attachment, or use the contact form with a brief cover note and we will send you a secure upload link. Most of our enterprise engagements begin with an RFP exchange — we are comfortable with that process and will deliver a substantive written response.
